About Listener Directed Productions Inc. (LDP)

Listener Directed Productions, Inc, a 501(c)(3) corporation, was founded in May, 2006 and began producing Virtuoso Voices™ in October, 2006. Since then, Virtuoso Voices has been used by over 140 radio stations and on Sirius-XM Satellite Radio.

Listener Directed Productions (LDP) has also produced a weekly online version of Virtuoso Voices for Public Interactive’s “Public Arts Page” used by over 160 station affiliates.

In 2008, LDP produced “365 Holidays with the Canadian Brass” – the first holiday music radio program featuring the internationally acclaimed Canadian Brass.

Co-founder David Srebnik is currently Format Manager of Sirius XM’s Classical Music channels. Prior to co-founding Listener Directed Productions, Inc. he served as an Announcer, Music Director, Program Director and Station Manager at public radio stations in Texas, Michigan, Louisiana, Florida and North Carolina. Srebnik served as an Associate Producer at National Public Radio (NPR), where he helped program the music and wrote program segment scripts for NPR’s “Performance Today”. He also helped launch NPR’s Satellite Radio Division and worked as an Assistant Producer for (Weekend) “All Things Considered.”

Cynthia May, Co-founder of Listener Directed Productions, recorded and edits the performer interviews that make up Virtuoso Voices and manages the website. May previously worked as Assistant Editor of the Cantor Morning News (Cantor Fitzgerald). In that capacity, she was responsible for news analysis, editing, publication, production and research. She has three daughters.
